Once you fill out the contact form, we’ll jump on a call to see if we’re a match. (Personality and values fit are crucial in a collab like ours!) We’ll discuss your business, goals, and how Lunimae can be of help to your brand & website design business.

After locking in your spot, you’ll receive our welcome packet and we’ll select our official Kickoff date.
Our Kickoff will include scheduling recurring meetings, booking our process mapping session, securing access to your tools (for high-touch retainers) and address any admin questions to set us up for smooth sailing.

Over the first three weeks together, I’ll begin meeting your team, creating your cleaned-up process map, systems audit health check, and a custom 90-day plan to tackle your urgent challenges.
The best part? It’s not a one-and-done experience. You’ll have ongoing retainer support and a business advisor you didn’t know you needed until now.

My team and I frequently work with Slack, Dubsado, Honeybook, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Flodesk, [Convert]Kit, Klaviyo, Zapier, Google Drive, Kitchen, and many others.
If you use different tools, let’s talk. While we stick to our favorite CRM and project management tools for good reason and think you’ll love them too, we can usually learn our way around the other tools you regularly use.

Retainer services are billed at the beginning of our month together. Full Support is built for a long-term partnership, but if we aren’t a good fit, there is a 30-day notice.
The Support Intensive is a 6-month package where there is no requirement to continue work after the 6 months (but you will have the option to continue!)

I only offer these to previous clients, and here’s why: they can be great for fixing a one-off problem quickly, or for developing a roadmap if you have the time to execute on your own.
But if you want systems that fit your business and hands-on support in your project management, you need much more than a one-off strategy session. You need done-for-you and done-with-you solutions, ongoing operations support, and strategic consultations. I’ve created my retainer options based on what I know to be best for my clients, not what I think will make for an easy sell.

Yes and yes! You might have noticed that I’m a big fan of bringing support into your biz, so of course, I walk the talk. Lunimae partners with an operations assistant/project manager who each bring a unique set of skills and experience that complements my own. You’ll hear from them every now and then, but I’ll always be your right-hand woman.
