It’s time to stop forcing your business into someone else’s tools

You’ve tried following the same method as your business bestie, but your brains aren’t wired the same, and neither are your businesses.

The all-in-one bundles, which claim to provide the perfect tool setup for designers, fall flat.

And as visual as you are, you can’t seem to spot the issues keeping you in the same loop.

Your business is technically working “just fine”...

But safety-pinned steps and duct-taped processes are killing the vibe.

  • You fired Zapier last month because you didn't trust it was working for you

  • Your attention on design is only as focused as the number of follow ups you have to chase each week

  • Goals? You've given up on them!

You’ve mastered the art of turning vague ideas into beautiful designs.

So imagine if your systems reflected the same level of clarity, flow and seamlessness as your work.

It could look like:

  • Seeing your business with complete clarity. No more operating in the dark or second-guessing your next move. Every decision is made with confidence because you understand exactly how your systems interconnect

  • Spark lightbulb moments. You'll discover invisible chokeholds strangling your workflows. Those nagging bottlenecks that have been silently draining your energy? You'll spot them immediately and know exactly how to untangle them.

  • Stop the Spinning. You'll know exactly what to prioritize first and why. Your business becomes the calm, creative, straightforward web design practice you envisioned, and you'll trust that it's not only possible—it's inevitable.

“I hadn’t expected to find so many opportunities…”

Sam Hawrylack
SJ Ditigal Solutions

“My biggest takeaway was seeing the entire flow of our business processes visualized, which immediately highlighted bottlenecks and redundancies I hadn't previously recognized.

I was most surprised by how many manual steps we've been doing that could be automated through better integration of our existing tools. I hadn't expected to find so many opportunities to save time without adding new systems.”

A one-week sprint to assess your systems

Introducing Spark

Here’s how it works

Through the Illunimae Process, we’ll eliminate the unknown by blending the analytical and energetic to see what’s working and where improvements are needed.

  • Conduct an Inventory of your current business

  • Collaborate Strategically to find the right approach for you

  • Visually lay out the Process Map of your business, highlighting the bottlenecks and roadblocks that have been holding you back

  • Consolidate our findings in an Assessment video with the next steps towards your future Systems

... because your systems should enhance, not detract from your design work.

Spark Includes:

  • Owner Inventory: A strategic questionnaire where you can begin to describe your business nuances and the things that light you up - your business philosophy so to speak. I want to understand if you’re building a future Fortune 500 or if you want to operate a small lean team along with your tech preferences.

  • Strategy Collaboration Call: We’ll go deeper into the areas you’ve outlined in the inventory with a braindump style call. I’ll begin pulling out the tidbits that you intrinsically know so they no longer weigh you down. This call is where I understand both the functional day to day and your long term business plan to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. (1.5 hour strategy call)

“I'm always delighted by our strategy sessions. You always help me think of important things that would otherwise fall through the cracks without you.” - Sierra

  • Process Mapping: Based on our Collaboration call I’ll draft the first round of your current process maps along with my initial notes of possible improvements.

  • Clarity Call: Together, we’ll review the first draft of your current process map and potential changes and improvements. This call is where we add any missing pieces and begin to flush out future possibilities. (2h)

  • Assessment: You’ll receive the final cleaned up version of your current business process maps with my notated recommendations based on our conversations. A video overview covering a summary and next steps.

  • All documentation: Your Process Map in Canva so you have the ability to edit it as changes are made in your business. All transcripts, call recordings , and videos for future reference.

I’m a sucker for a good map

Whether in the front of my next fantasy novel, a tourist guide to a new city, or the ones we use in business, I’m ready to zoom in on the details.

Whether in the front of my next fantasy novel, a tourist guide to a new city, or the ones we use in business, I’m ready to zoom in on the details.

I’m passionate about helping identify the holes that are holding web designers back from the business they have to the one they want. Whether your dream is to become a CEO of a 7-figure design agency, find a way to pay the bills while also traveling across the world, or somewhere in between, I can help.

I spent 12 years in a corporate environment managing IT Projects, running change management initiatives, and analyzing business processes. If I can wrangle a group of Corporate Sales leaders into mapping out their process and then actually changing it, I know we can take on yours, and it will be so much more enjoyable.
