Strategy Collaboration Call: We’ll go deeper into the areas you’ve outlined in the inventory with a braindump style call. I’ll begin pulling out the tidbits that you intrinsically know so they no longer weigh you down. This call is where I understand both the functional day to day and your long term business plan to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. (1.5 hour strategy call)
