Step One
Tell me what’s changed
It’s been a while since I’ve been behind the scenes in your world.
Once you book your day, I’ll send you a short questionnaire for you to braindump all the changes that have happened in your world. You’ll also drop your wish list of to-dos.
Before our call, I’ll review it so I have questions ready for you!
Step Two
Head Down Work Time
We’ll start our Eclipse with a 45-60 minute call to make sure I can log into your tools and to walk through the changes you want to see. Then I get to work!
On the day of the Eclipse, you’ll get:
45-minute kick-off call
3 hours of my time spent on your list (split over 2 days)
Slack Access for Questions during our day + the next week
Wrap Up Video
