  • I ask for a 3 month commitment because you won’t get the benefits if you only join for a month! I have a jam-packed itinerary that I couldn’t possibly fit into one month. Every three months you’ll have the option to disembark or stay aboard!

  • Imagine this: you’ve just created an onboarding workflow in Dubsado you hope will really level up your client experience but… will it work? Is there a better way? Am I missing a step? Make a video (or lots of screenshots) and submit it to hot seats. Erin will provide a video response giving you all her thoughts, options you might want to consider and ultimately that green light confirmation you need

  • Either Wednesdays or Thursdays. This first crew will get to vote to decide what works best for them.

    Every week we’ll have 1 main activity plus our Slack Community. Depending on the week it might be our Quarterly Planning Party, 1:1 Strategy call, Co-working, Hot seats, or a training session. You’ll get a full week-by-week schedule in your welcome packet.

  • Yes and yes! My team will help support me and may answer some of your questions in Slack. I’ll be there on the calls and the coworking Q&A sessions.

  • My team and I frequently work with Dubsado, Honeybook, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Flodesk, ConvertKit, Zapier, Google Drive, and many others.

    Just because you don’t see one of your tools here doesn’t mean you won’t be able to apply the same techniques. Check the ‘book a chat’ box when you apply and we can discuss it.
